Wow, simply wow! Olivia guided us to buying our 5th house in 5 different states, and she and her team far exceeded our previous buying and selling experiences.  In a hot seller's market, Olivia leveraged her network to anticipate homes coming to the market so we could do 'pre-work'. It has been over 30 years since I purchased a home, but to sell one I was overwhelmed.  Olivia Barrett with Keller/William made my transition of selling my home as simplest as can be.  Especially with a staffing crew working as one under “Team Barrett”.  Olivia was absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend that cares.  When she  develop a game plan she orchestrates each action flawlessly.  She really care about hers clients.  She listed my home in mid-week, showed that weekend and we were in contract the following week.  She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!  Team Barrett is the way to GO!

This was supposed to be a simple sale that ended up being very challenging and Olivia made it very easy on us the whole way.  As a background, we live across the country and we had tenants renting our place and with a hot rental market they were not able to secure a new residence immediately and most buyers did not want to take on the home until they were out.  We lost the first buyer due to this and then Olivia was able to get us an extra $10K with the new buyers.  Bottom line, she took care of everything including floating the needed repairs from the inspection on her own dime to be reimbursed at close. Then when the tenants needed an extra week to move out she helped ensure the deal was still going to close by sacrificing her own commission split with the buying agent to house the buyer in temporary residence.  I cannot recommend Olivia enough to anyone that wants a first class experience.

If you’re in the market for looking for a new home or selling your existing home you have to go with Olivia! This is our second time using Olivia is our realtor. She goes above and beyond  every time. She’s always punctual and makes sure she gets her work done and she’ll make sure your on top of what you need to be on too. Everything always goes smooth with her because she has A LOT of knowledge. She’s honest in all aspects of her work so just know you will get a very ethical person when working with her. I highly recommend Olivia!

Becky is such an awesome agent! Prior to Becky, we were working with another agent who did not gave us any advice whatsoever. We had to be the one searching for properties, and to make matters worse, we ended up having to search for a lawyer and losing money because that agent was not communicating with us nor gave us a sound advice on how we should go about purchasing our very first rental property. 

From the very first day we worked with Becky, there was no pressure at all. She gave us the listings that’s within our price range and whether or not the location, rent and everything else is profitable for us, and makes sense. She tirelessly searched for properties until we found one that checked off all our “requirements”. She’s also such a keen observer. During the time we went to tour the homes, she would point out things that we did not even think about when considering buying a rental. Even though we liked some of the house, she would share her observations that could potentially make us more or lose money. Things that a truly experienced agent can only see (and we read lots of books about owning your first rental property). She was always honest and approachable, and helped us even after we closed the deal. 

We would definitely recommend Becky to anyone who is buying a home, and we certainly look forward to working with her again.

I have known Rebecca for a few years now, as she has both been pivotal in the selling of my previous home a few years ago, and in the purchasing of my new home this year. Real estate in general is very intimidating to me, but Rebecca was incredibly understanding of my worries and walked me through every step.
